How to read this. A "sleep" is an inferred overnight gap: a 6 h+ break in logged pulls
that resumes in the guild's local morning. It measures the roster's time away from the raid, which
is an upper bound on real sleep (they also eat, review VODs, and rotate players). Times are each
guild's own local clock. Treat the patterns as a strong hypothesis rather than a medical readout, and
remember that finishing order comes far more from skill and strategy than from sleep.
