CHRONO·GRAPH

SLEEP DASHBOARD ← Timeline
How to read this. A "sleep" is an inferred overnight gap: a 6 h+ break in logged pulls that resumes in the guild's local morning. It measures the roster's time away from the raid, which is an upper bound on real sleep (they also eat, review VODs, and rotate players). Times are each guild's own local clock. Treat the patterns as a strong hypothesis rather than a medical readout, and remember that finishing order comes far more from skill and strategy than from sleep.
